Ring Binders:
These ring binders are B-stock, which is why we offer them with a twenty percent discount. The items are fully functional but have minor defects, which we transparently list here.
These ring binders are second choice and therefore reduced. Due to transport, there was a slight deformation, which has largely corrected itself through horizontal or vertical storage. The functionality is not affected, the rings close, and the binders can be used normally.
As this is a known and declared defect, these items are excluded from exchange and return.

Wallets:
These wallets are B-stock, which is why we offer them with a twenty percent discount. The items are fully functional but have minor defects, which we transparently list here.
These wallets are second choice and therefore reduced. At the sealing in the zipper area on the back, a minimal spot in the millimeter range is not completely sealed. The functionality is not affected, the zipper can be opened and closed normally.
As this is a known and declared defect, these items are excluded from exchange and return.

Please note that paper is a delicate natural product – careful handling helps to preserve its quality.

Personalized or handmade products: 9 to 14 business days
Standard products: shipping within 5 to 8 business days

Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post and DHL.
Shipping costs:

Orders over 150 € qualify for free shipping within Germany.
Shipments outside the EU:
Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU including the UK and USA are shipped as exports. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in the purchase price and will be charged directly to the recipient by the shipping provider.
Return & Cancellation
Since many of my products are made especially for you, cancellations are generally not possible after the order has been completed, as processing usually begins immediately.
Important:
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. You can cancel your order within 14 days – unless it concerns personalized or custom-made products. These are excluded from cancellation according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
