Instructions for use & storage
Our products are handcrafted with great attention to detail – each piece is unique. To ensure long-lasting enjoyment, we recommend:
Store the products in a dry place and away from direct sunlight.
Avoid contact with moisture, dirt or strong pressure.
Insert and remove inserts carefully to prevent tears or creases.
Please note that paper is a delicate natural product – careful handling helps to preserve its quality.
Shipping & processing time
The processing time for your order depends on the specific product. Since all products are lovingly handcrafted and individually prepared, processing times may vary slightly:
Processing times:
Personalized/handmade products: 5–9 business days
Standard products: Shipped within 2–5 business days
Express processing:
If you select the express option during the ordering process, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders received on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping service provider:
Shipping is via Deutsche Post and DHL.
Shipping costs:
The exact shipping costs are displayed in the checkout.
For orders over 90 €, shipping within Germany is free.
Return & Cancellation
Since many of my products are made especially for you, cancellations are generally not possible after the order has been completed, as processing usually begins immediately.
Important:
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. You can cancel your order within 14 days – unless it concerns personalized or custom-made products. These are excluded from cancellation according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
