Pre-orders allow for precise production planning. Your order is firmly scheduled and included in the production quantity. This ensures that all pre-ordered products are manufactured and that you receive your desired product.
Planned shipment
The shipment of pre-order products is currently scheduled for late April to early May.
Please note that this is an estimated delivery date. Depending on the production process, material availability, or shipping conditions, the shipping date may be delayed or arrive earlier. By purchasing, you expressly agree to this possible deviation.
Important information regarding advance ticket sales

• Cancellation or withdrawal is not possible after purchase.
• Changes to the order are not possible afterwards.
• The ordered quantity serves as a binding basis for production planning.

Our products are handcrafted with great attention to detail – each piece is unique. To ensure long-lasting enjoyment, we recommend:

Avoid contact with moisture, dirt or strong pressure.
Insert and remove inserts carefully to prevent tears or creases.
Please note that paper is a delicate natural product – careful handling helps to preserve its quality.
Shipping & processing time
Processing times:
Personalized or handmade products: 9 to 14 business days
Standard products: shipping within 5 to 8 business days
Shipping providers:
Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post and DHL.
Shipping costs:
Exact shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Orders over 150 € qualify for free shipping within Germany.
Shipments outside the EU:
Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU including the UK and USA are shipped as exports. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in the purchase price and will be charged directly to the recipient by the shipping provider.
Return & Cancellation
Since many of my products are made especially for you, cancellations are generally not possible after the order has been completed, as processing usually begins immediately.
Important:
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. You can cancel your order within 14 days – unless it concerns personalized or custom-made products. These are excluded from cancellation according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
