Hinweis zur Hardware und Verarbeitung:
Diese Variante enthält schwarze Hardware. Aufgrund der Materialbeschaffenheit kann es im Bereich der Karabinerhaken bei häufiger Nutzung zu feinen Lackabplatzungen kommen. Die Tasche ist davon funktional nicht eingeschränkt. Durch den mitgelieferten Ersatzgurt lässt sich der betroffene Bereich bei Bedarf leicht austauschen.
Zudem kann es an einigen Stellen zu leichten Unsauberkeiten in der Verarbeitung kommen. Aufgrund einer nachträglichen Reparatur weisen manche Taschen kleinere Mängel auf. Auch aus diesem Grund bieten wir dieses Modell reduziert an – aus Transparenz und Fairness.

Our products are handcrafted with great attention to detail – each piece is unique. To ensure long-lasting enjoyment, we recommend:
Store the products in a dry place and away from direct sunlight.
Avoid contact with moisture, dirt or strong pressure.
Insert and remove inserts carefully to prevent tears or creases.
Please note that paper is a delicate natural product – careful handling helps to preserve its quality.
Shipping & processing time
The processing time for your order depends on the specific product. Since all products are lovingly handcrafted and individually prepared, processing times may vary slightly:
Processing times:
Personalized/handmade products: 5–9 business days
Standard products: Shipped within 2–5 business days
Express processing:
If you select the express option during the ordering process, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders received on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping service provider:
Shipping is via Deutsche Post and DHL.
Shipping costs:
The exact shipping costs are displayed in the checkout.
For orders over 90 €, shipping within Germany is free.
Return & Cancellation
Since many of my products are made especially for you, cancellations are generally not possible after the order has been completed, as processing usually begins immediately.
Important:
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. You can cancel your order within 14 days – unless it concerns personalized or custom-made products. These are excluded from cancellation according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
