You will receive two different straps to choose from:

Note on Hardware and Workmanship:
This version features black hardware. Due to the nature of the material, frequent use may cause abrasions in the area of the carabiner hooks. This does not affect the bag's functionality. The included spare strap allows for easy replacement of the affected area if needed.

Please note that paper is a delicate natural product – careful handling helps to preserve its quality.

Personalized or handmade products: 9 to 14 business days
Standard products: shipping within 5 to 8 business days

Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post and DHL.
Shipping costs:

Orders over 150 € qualify for free shipping within Germany.
Shipments outside the EU:
Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU including the UK and USA are shipped as exports. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in the purchase price and will be charged directly to the recipient by the shipping provider.
Return & Cancellation
Since many of my products are made especially for you, cancellations are generally not possible after the order has been completed, as processing usually begins immediately.
Important:
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. You can cancel your order within 14 days – unless it concerns personalized or custom-made products. These are excluded from cancellation according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
If you have any questions about your order or would like to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll do my best to help you, but cancellations or subsequent changes cannot be guaranteed.
